Our Repair Process
We believe that every clock is a machine that requires a rhythmic maintenance schedule. Over time, oils can dry and parts can wear, leading to erratic behavior.
In-Shop Service
Most repairs, including wall, mantel, and cuckoo clocks, are performed in our specialized workshop. Please call to be put on our waiting list at (301) 262-5300.
Professional Overhauls
For clocks that have been sitting for years, we perform complete overhauls. This involves removing the movement, cleaning every gear, and ensuring the strike and chime are perfectly synchronized.
Parts & Sourcing
With one of the largest collections of rare and vintage clock parts in the region, we can often repair clocks that other shops find "unfixable."
Grandfather Clock House Calls
For larger floor clocks, we provide professional in-home service throughout Anne Arundel, Calvert, Prince Georges, Howard, Queen Anne, and Talbot counties. While minor adjustments can occasionally be made on-site, most comprehensive repairs require our technicians to safely remove the clockworks for service in our shop to ensure the highest quality results.
