This process involves a meticulous disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning, rebushing worn spots, reassembly, oiling, testing, and final regulations of the clockworks within our specialized workshop. Quality workmanship takes time!

We understand that transporting a floor clock can be difficult. We offer two convenient ways to get your clock serviced:

In-Shop Service

Please call to be placed on our waiting list. We will contact you as soon as we are able to begin your repair. You will receive prompt attention when your time arrives.   • 1 In-home service call for an appointment.
  • 2 Please bring your movement, weights, pendulum. We offer a variety of test stand sizes to simulate the case.
  • 3 Bring the whole clock. please remove the pendulum from the clock and weights before moving. Secure chains and / or cables, protect chime rods (things that the hammer hit that make the chime sound and they will rattle on the drive. Bubble wrap to prevent access vibration.

House Calls

For a nominal fee, we provide professional house calls throughout Anne Arundel, Calvert, and Prince Georges, Howard, Montgomery, Queen Anne, and Talbot counties and other areas on a case by case basis. This is often the best solution for setups or initial diagnostics.
